One of our coaching clients is looking for a new position.
He’s a Sales Manager/Director who has worked for Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment and Materials companies including Applied Materials, KLA-Tencor and MEMC.
What makes him different and special is his ability to train and develop salespeople. Many of the people who have worked for him have gone on to bigger and better jobs as a result of what they learned from him.
He would be an ideal hire for a small to mid-sized high growth company.
He lives in New York but is more than willing to relocate.
In terms of compensation, he’s looking for a total package (base salary, bonus and equity) between $250k and $300k.
