Our client, a private, pre-IPO semiconductor equipment manufacturer is looking for a Senior or Managing Director of Hardware Engineering.
Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the person we hire will design and market Atomic Layer Deposition Systems.
We’re looking for someone with a technical MS or PhD and 10 to 15 years of experience developing CVD or ALD tools.
Total Compensation (Base Salary and Bonus) will range from approximately $300k to $360k plus a sizeable equity stake in the company.
