Down Payment + Success Fee options
1. 25% Fee: 10% down, 90% paid on employee’s start date
2. 20% Fee: 25% down, 75% paid on employee’s start date
3. 15% Fee: 50% down, 50% paid on employee’s start date
Guarantee: Down payments are fully refundable if I’m unable to find qualified candidates within 30 days.
Month-to-Month Fee Options
1. $5,000 for one position
2. $9,000 for two positions
3. $12,000 for three positions
Note: fees are paid at the beginning of each month.
One-time Fee Options
1. $15,000 for jobs that pay up to $150,000 per year
2. $20,000 for jobs that pay up to $200,000 per year
3. $25,000 for jobs that pay up to $250,000
